For the meatballs:
1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped chives (divided)
2 minced cloves garlic
1 egg
Kosher salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for frying
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar

Combine in a large bowl the ground chicken, 2 tablespoons chives, panko bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and garlic.
Form the mixture into small balls as big as golf balls.
Make sauce:
Whisk in a medium bowl the apple cider vinegar and brown sugar; season with red pepper flakes and salt.
Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil over moderate heat in a large skillet.
